Changing the product in your subscription is easy to do by logging into your account on the website. Below is a guide on how to do it. You are of course always welcome to contact custom service we will help you.
1) Go to www.baricol.com and tap On My Account
2) Fill in your login details and tap log in
3) Select subscription from the list on the left
4) Tap on view if have or have had multiple subscriptions to choose the one you want to change
5) Scroll down and tap change in subscription
6) Select the product you want to switch to
7) Choose what flavor you want if it is a flavored product. Tap Switch subscription
7) Check that it is the right product and the right delivery interval and that the total to pay is 0 Euro. Then tap Checkout.
8) Check that all the details are correct, agree to the terms and conditions, and then tap Change subscription.
9) You will now receive an order confirmation, this is only a confirmation that you have changed the product in your subscription! There will be no payment before the next scheduled delivery according to the subscription plan, if you want your new product earlier, you will need to change the delivery date as well.
