The right of return only applies to the first order and the transport packaging must be unbroken. Returns must be notified within 14 days of delivery.
The return must be approved by customer service. You contact Customer Service and they will help you further.
You are responsible for the return cost and the address to which the return is to be sent is provided by customer service when the return is approved. For packages that have not been picked up from agents without being an approved return, a handling fee is charged.
